• Twitch/YouTube Data: When you log in via OAuth, we receive your username, display name, profile image, and access tokens to fetch clips or upload videos on your behalf.
• User Uploads: Video assets (intros, outros) you voluntarily upload to our servers.
• Usage Data: Logs of job statuses and errors to improve system stability.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for the operation of the Project Kymera service:

• To generate video montages based on your configuration.
• To upload finished content to your connected YouTube channel (only upon your explicit request).

3. Zero Sale Policy

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Your data is yours. We are in the business of automation, not data brokering.

4. Communication & Opt-In

We will not use your email address or contact details for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly opted in to receive such communications. System notifications (e.g., "Job Failed") are transactional and part of the core service.

5. Data Retention

To ensure privacy and manage storage:

• Generated Videos: Stored for 7 days to allow for download, after which they are permanently deleted from our servers.
• Temporary Files: Raw clips used during processing are deleted immediately after the job completes.

6. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party APIs. By using Project Kymera, you also acknowledge the privacy practices of:

You can revoke Project Kymera's access to your data at any time via the Google Security Settings or Twitch Connections page.
